THE Opposition has called for an investigation into NCB Global Finance and its transactions with Government, claiming yesterday that the private facility’s CEO, Angus Young, is the brother of a sitting minister.

Oropouche East MP, Dr Roodal Moonilal, alleged in the Parliament that NCB Gobal Finance has done close to half a billion dollars in business with State agencies including the National Insurance Board, National Flour Mills, the Urban Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT) and Trinidad Nitrogen Company Ltd.
